Find the Leads That Have Been Pending for too Long
Pending leads are leads that for some reason never go forward through your sales process. Either the contact takes some time to answer, or the sales rep has been pushing the next interaction forward for quite some time because they know it’s not yet the right moment to reach them again…
Inside noCRM you are able to easily find those leads and decide what the next action you want to perform on them is:
- you can filter the active leads by date of creation (those that are still active and have been created a long time ago are pending for too long!).
- you can go to the statistics page and in the Lead Performance tab. In the table, you will see for each month the number of leads that are still active. By clicking on that number you’ll have direct access to all the concerned leads.
