How to get started

Automations in noCRM are done through third-party apps: Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat).

Learn more about these apps and which to choose here.

Zapier and Make allow you to build workflow automation through two parts:

  • Trigger: an event that sets in motion a series of actions you want to happen. E.g.: A new lead is created
  • Action(s): an event Zapier/Make executes in noCRM when your trigger event happens. E.g.: Move newly created lead to the step "Contacted".
