Zapier and Make allow you to build workflow automation through two parts:
- Trigger: an event that sets in motion a series of actions you want to happen. E.g.: A new lead is created
- Action(s): an event Zapier/Make executes in noCRM when your trigger event happens. E.g.: Move newly created lead to the step "Contacted".
