Set the time zone and currency for your account This article answers the following questions: How to change the time zone? Can every user choose their time zone? How to edit the currency? Is it possible to have multiple currencies? Time zone It's very important that you set the correct time zone and currency for your company so that the digest email and the reminders activate themselves at the right time. As an admin of your noCRM account, you can set your time zone by visiting the Admin panel > Account management > Preferences. Time zone per user When working for an international and/or remote company, we recommend you to opt for the Dream Team edition to allow your users to define their own time zone from their Settings. This is important when managing a sales team, as you need to give the right assets for your salespeople to be the most efficient. ⚠️ If you need the time zone per user feature, please upgrade to the Dream Team edition in the Billing information > Plans & pricing, and contact us through the chat so we activate the feature for you. This is not a default feature as it only has an impact on dates and hours in noCRM — which is useful to set the next action with a lead — but not on the time when your receive the daily digest for example. Currency Choosing the right currency for your company is essential, and you can do it very easily from the Admin Panel > Account Management > Preferences. Note that it is not possible to choose multiple currencies, meaning that you will need to pick a unique currency (USD for example) for all the markets you may work with.
