From setting up your account to mastering each and any feature of noCRM.

Sync your account with your calendar

One of noCRM's goals is to make sure you never miss a sales opportunity. That's why it's essential to have your appointments synchronized with your calendar and receive reminders every day.

How? It's easy! Go to Settings > Tools > Calendar in your noCRM account and choose the calendar you want to synchronize.

calendar v new

⚠️ noCRM does not provide a built-in calendar view. Instead, each user can synchronize their own calendar and configure their preferences in Settings, including the date format, time zone (Dream edition only), the first day of the week, the average appointment duration, and Delete future calendar entry when I change the lead status from Standby to anything else.

Once your calendar is synchronized with your noCRM account, make sure everything works correctly by moving a lead from To Do to Standby and setting both a date and a time. This is what creates the event in your calendar.

1. Outlook Calendar

To synchronize noCRM with Outlook Calendar, copy the iCal URL and follow these steps:

3. Google Calendar

If you have a Gmail or Google Workspace account, click the Connect my Google account button.

GoogleSync

Choose the Google account you want to connect, and you're all set!

Remember to always create your next action with both a specific date and time so that the event is synchronized with your calendar.

4. Google Workspace (G Suite)

If your Google Workspace domain is connected to your noCRM account, your calendar will be synchronized automatically.

⚠️ If you don't want to use the same Google Calendar connected through Google Workspace, you must first revoke the Google Workspace connection from your noCRM account by following the instructions in Admin panel > Third-party apps > Google G Suite. Then return to Settings > Tools > Calendar, click the green Connect my Google account button, and click the same button again under the No option in the pop-up window.

Troubleshooting calendar synchronization

Problems with Google Calendar

Google occasionally updates its Calendar service. When this happens, you may need to reconnect your Google Calendar to noCRM.

How to proceed:

  1. Click Revoke Google Access.
  2. Select the connected Google account.
  3. Click Connect my Google account.
  4. Authorize noCRM to access your Google account again.

How to view other users' calendars

To view another user's calendar, ask them to share their iCal URL with you. You can then add it to your own calendar, whether you use Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other calendar application.

If your team uses multiple Google domains

If your sales team uses multiple Google domains, we recommend not synchronizing Google Workspace. This provides greater flexibility when assigning and reassigning leads, scheduling appointments for teammates, and managing your sales process.

Instead, ask each user to synchronize their own Google Calendar individually. They should go to Settings > Tools > Calendar, click the green Connect my Google account button, and then click the same button again under the No option in the pop-up window.
