Link other email addresses to your user account

When setting up your sales process, you have to make sure the right settings and features are configured in your lead management software, and that goes for your email settings too.

If you use different e-mail addresses to write to your leads using the Bcc feature, you can create email aliases inside your account in order to be able to work with them without interfering with the good user experience of the service.

How to add email aliases?

In the dropdown menu that appears under your name (top right side of the account), click on Settings.

At the bottom of the page, you'll have a section to add all the email aliases you want.

⚠️ It is not possible to use the same email alias as another user!

How to email your prospects and leads from different email addresses?

When working for or managing different businesses, you need to be able to email your prospects, leads and clients from different email addresses. It’s now possible to do it directly from your noCRM account, no need to create many user accounts for a single person!

To do so sync your main email address with your noCRM account and add the alias(es) in Profile > Email synchronization > Add an email alias. Now go in one of your prospects or leads and opening the New email tab you’ll be able to select the email address you want to use.

You can predefine only 1 email signature in your user account.
noCRM only manages the alias email addresses managed by the same provider, not all the email aliases you can have.
