When you go to an event or other business-related activity to strengthen your prospecting, you meet people. If they contact you by e-mail asking for more information about your business, this makes them a lead. Now you need to add them to your lead management software to start managing them in this way.
Instead of creating the lead manually, with noCRM you only need to forward the email to a specific email address, and it will automatically create a lead that's assigned to you.
For example, when you receive an email from someone who’s interested in your products or services, you should be able to create a lead in seconds in your system. Simply find the address in Tools > Emails and forward an e-mail straight to it – it will pick up the whole conversation too if required.
